Fractional CFO

A great UHY client is seeking a Temp Fractional CFO to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Dentistry experience, Dental Insurance experience, and Controller / CFO experience.

The Temp Fractional CFO is a client direct hire position. This is an onsite position with flexibility, working about 2-3 days per week.

The salary for the Temp Fractional CFO is market rate. The temp end date is open ended at this time.

Temp Fractional CFO Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies such as financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, reporting, cash flow management, and financial risk management. Provide guidance on optimizing working capital and managing financial resources efficiently.
• Offer insights and analysis to support key business decisions, such as pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and growth initiatives. This could include conducting financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance metrics tracking.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, as well as maintaining proper internal controls and governance structures to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with senior executives to develop strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and execution.
• Conduct financial analysis and performance metrics tracking to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide recommendations to optimize profitability, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Temp Fractional CFO Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with significant experience in financial leadership positions.
• Dentistry experience
• Dental Insurance experience
• Controller / CFO experience
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and business growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools.
