Batching Operations Coordinator

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Reports to: Research and Development Manager

Compensation: $75K - $80K

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Batching Operations Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, food science, chemistry, or related field, highly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in batching operations or a related manufacturing environment.
• Thorough understanding of quality control measures and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to motivate and

develop team members.

• Demonstrable proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Oversee and improve batching operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for batching processes, equipment usage, and maintenance.
• Coordinate daily batching operator activities, including accurate measuring and mixing of
• ingredients to comply with formulas and quality standards.
• Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and production planning teams to optimize

production.

• Maintain accurate documentation of batching activities.
