Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Laurel Creek Country Club. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage offerings. This role will also be responsible for managing budgets, training employees, and implementing food service standards.
Qualifications
Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills
Strong customer service orientation
Experience in training and developing staff
Budgeting and financial management skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
