Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will:

• Assist the Food and Beverage Director with daily operations and management tasks.
• Help in organizing and planning special events, banquets, and a la carte services and other functions.
• Maintain regular communication with our members and attend to their needs and concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, halfway house, and pool shack
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train and supervise staff members to deliver excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient food production and presentation
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:

• Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Experience in shift management, including scheduling and labor cost control
• Wine and bartending knowledge is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for members and guests
• Knowledge of food production processes and quality control standards
