My client has an outstanding reputation recruiting within the Financial Services space, with a cemented client base spanning Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Private Equity, Insurance/Pension Funds, & Investment Banks.

This Middle Office desk currently has 4 consultants, which collectively generates $1.5 million in revenue per year (expected to easily do $2.5 with in 2024)

Recruiting for Middle Office, Risk, Compliance, Operations/HR, Trade Support, Insurance, Actuarial, Modelling

𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:

✓ Join or lead a high performing team of 4 consultants

✓ Base salary from $75,000 to $125,000

✓ Commissions that start at 50% and increase to 60%

✓ $45,000-$80,000+ fees

✓ Flexible work-from-home options

✓ Specialized in all middle office roles such as - Risk, Compliance, Operations/HR, Trade Support, Insurance, Actuarial, Modelling

✓ Avg. billers in the business - $600,000 - $800,000

My client's Middle Office desk is inundated with mandates to deliver on, within the Hedge Fund, Asset Management and Investment Banking space.

With a current team of 4 servicing the desk, billing a minimum of $375,000 per junior consultant, there is still huge untapped billing potential within the team

With the option to work hybrid, competitive salaries, and a strong client network, consultants here regularly achieve billings from $600,000-$800,000.
