Position:

The Finance Director will be based onsite at the manufacturing facility which is located about 1.5 hours North of Atlanta, Georgia. This position is part of the leadership team and will partner with the key leaders in providing strategic financial and business direction to help grow the business. The Director will be responsible for providing financial and business oversight for external/management reporting, financial planning/analysis, financial and non-financial business process review, business strategy initiatives and special projects. This person will be expected to evaluate current procedures and processes and make recommendations to improve operations and efficiencies.

Candidate:

BS in finance, economics, accounting or other business related field.

Minimum 10 years of related experience within a manufacturing environment with increasing responsibilities. Public company experience preferred.

Strong financial and systems acumen with the ability to drive change and superior project management skills.

Possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with hands on detail-oriented mentality.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. Strong business and common sense.

Compensation:

A competitive package with annual cash compensation which includes base, bonus and annual equity grant.
