Finance and Operations Manager

Teton Regional Land Trust is a community-supported conservation organization serving the Upper Snake River Valley of Eastern Idaho and a portion of Western Wyoming. Our mission is to conserve agricultural and natural resources for the benefit of today's communities and as a legacy for future generations.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Driggs, ID, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Finance and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial and operational activities of Teton Regional Land Trust. Your key duties will include overseeing the budget, financial reporting, and bookkeeping, as well as managing day-to-day operations, including HR, IT, and facilities. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic goals and initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing HR, IT, and/or facilities operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the non-profit sector or conservation organizations is a plus
