We're seeking a freelance experiential producer for an upcoming project.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative teams to translate brand visions into immersive, engaging experiences
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring we deliver impactful experiences within client constraints
• Source and negotiate with vendors to secure the best partners for each project (think venue rentals, fabrication, A/V)
• Manage project timelines and milestones, keeping everyone on track and informed
• Oversee logistics and on-site execution, ensuring flawless delivery of the experience
• Foster strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed and exceeding expectations
• Analyze post-event data to measure success and inform future projects
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing or a related field
• A proven track record of delivering successful events or activations
• Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with clients
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to navigate unexpected challenges
• Budget management expertise and the ability to negotiate effectively with vendors
• Passion for the experiential marketing industry and a love for creating impactful experiences
