Position: Executive Director - Senior Living

Location: Dallas, TX



Responsibilities:


- Provide overall leadership and management of the senior living community

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals

- Ensure compliance with all regulations and licensing requirements

- Manage budget and financial performance of the community

- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development

- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners



Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field

- Previous experience as an Executive Director in a senior living environment

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for senior living facilities

- Ability to think strategically and drive performance
