Executive Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director/Administrator to lead our multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, direction, and administration to ensure the achievement of our facility's objectives and the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient care.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with physicians, staff, and patients.
• Monitor financial performance and develop strategies for growth.
• Support and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Represent the ASC in the community and with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Health Care or Business Administration preferred.
• Experience: Three to five years of management/executive level experience, including one or more years in the administration of a healthcare organization. MUST have experience with surgery centers, specifically in a multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
