Job Description

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced executive director for their small assisted living and memory care facility on the outskirts of Jackson, MS.

This role would suit an executive director or assistant executive director within senior care that is passionate about care and has experience of managing small or medium assisted living or independent living facilities. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality care in line with company and Mississippi state regulations. Supporting and developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance. While working closely with the local community to maintain the relationship in the area.

The Candidate

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience within senior care management, ideally with prior experience as an executive director. While also showing you have a strong understanding of memory care, assisted living, management of a team and experience of managing financial budgets..

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful facility. The position requires a manager who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered. While working closely with the local community and the sales team.

Requirements

Experience as an Executive director.

3 years management experience within senior care

P&L responsibility

Knowledge of memory care and Mississippi state regulations (Not Essential)

Access to personal car and a valid driving license (Not Essential)

Location

The facility is based on the outskirts of Jackson and is commutable from Ridgeland, Canton, Madison, Clinton, Bolton, Edwards, Pelahatchie, Florence, Bay springs and surrounding areas.

Summary
