As they expand across the United States, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO/Co-Founder who is deeply committed to our mission of transforming the way the world drinks water and putting an end to single use plastic water bottles. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the CEO/Co-Founder can effectively drive our vision forward, ultimately contributing to the success of our mission to provide the World’s Best Tasting Water.
Role Description
This is a full-time Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer role. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and support to the CEO. This includes managing expense reports, schedule management, travel arrangements, and general administrative assistance tasks. This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
5+ years of Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support to C Suite Executives
Experience in managing expense reports and diary management
Strong administrative assistance and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Microsoft, Keynote, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
