Executive Assistant
An Executive Assistant job is available with an international non profit organization in Arlington, VA. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high level support to the External Affairs team with tasks including arranging travel, event coordination, creating presentations and meeting agendas, and maintaining correspondence. You must have a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of executive support experience to be considered. This established, mission-driven organization looks to improve the welfare of global communities. If you are a self-starter with previous Capitol Hill or media experience looking to join a highly regarded research institution, then this is the role for you. This is a temporary to hire position, the hourly pay is $25-$30 per hour and $70,000-$75,000 once converted permanent based on experience.
Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct travel arrangements
· Coordinate events and meetings
· Draft reports, briefings, and meeting agendas
· Maintain internal and external correspondence
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 5+ years of executive support experience; previous Capitol Hill or media experience is preferred
· Proficient in MS Office Suite
