Are you a detail-oriented Executive Assistant with experience supporting a senior team in a financial organization? If so, LHH Recruitment Solutions has an exciting opportunity for you in Northern Virginia! This individual will collaborate with team members and external partners. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, outstanding communication abilities, and strong time management capabilities.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Schedule complex travel arrangements.
- Manage executives’ calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Organize and complete expense reports
- Inbox management
- CRM - Salesforce
- Event management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of administrative support in private equity, investment banking, consulting or legal (strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, Salesforce, and SharePoint (required).
Employment Type:
- Full Time
- Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day from home)
Compensation:
$80,000-$90,000
