$110,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

My client seeks a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to directly support senior members of the group and play a key role in ensuring business initiatives run smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate complex schedules and logistics for principals
Anticipate and prioritize tasks for senior members
Act as a liaison between internal and external parties
Manage key projects and track workflows
Book global travel arrangements
Provide exceptional general administrative support
Who They’re Looking For:
Proven track record of at least 7 years of relevant experience in Financial Services (Investment Banking, Hedge Fund, Private Equity, etc)
Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proactive approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office
