Assist the events team with preparations; attend meetings with clients, internal meetings, and event day activities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Attend client planning meetings and final meetings to capture and finalize all planning details
Assist in review and following through with room schematics and banquet event orders
Attend meetings with full staff to cover all events occurring the upcoming week
Assist the wedding team on wedding day(s) with preparation and execution of event(s)
Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Currently enrolled in technical school or college; must be a student pursuing a career in a field related to the area of internship.
