What You’ll Do Here
You will work with Attorneys, Realtors, and Lenders to close real estate transactions. Manage and facilitate the closing process for residential real estate transactions. You will work closely with escrow and title officers, the underwriting team, and directly with customers and consumers to resolve any issues and to get transactions closed and funded. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about residential Real estate closings and receive exposure to multiple aspects of the closing process.

What You’ll Do Here
You will work with Attorneys, Realtors, and Lenders to close real estate transactions. Manage and facilitate the closing process for residential real estate transactions. You will work closely with escrow and title officers, the underwriting team, and directly with customers and consumers to resolve any issues and to get transactions closed and funded. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about residential Real estate closings and receive exposure to multiple aspects of the closing process.
- Review documents, closing instructions, and closing figures submitted by Realtors, Attorneys, and Lenders for compliance and requirements to close.
- Communicate requirements and give status updates to all parties in the transaction, whether those parties are in person or remotely attending the closing.
- Enter closing figures, balance and finalize settlement statements for disbursement, and distribute to appropriate parties
- Create transaction documents as required based on the requirements, instructions, and details of each transaction
- Work with title officers and underwriting to clear title exceptions
- Timely submission of accurate documents for recording
- No prior experience required; we are willing to provide comprehensive training.
- Candidates with 2+ years of experience in title and escrow duties are highly encouraged to apply, as this background will be particularly valuable.
- Interest in learning about real estate, especially the escrow process.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to quickly assess situations and make decisions.
- Ability to organize, analyze, and distribute information. Must be able to spot and address irregularities or issues.
- Able to handle confidential information and documents.
