Job Title: Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Systems Analyst

Duration: 6-month Contract to Hire

Location: 100% Remote

Start Date: July 2024

Our client in Orlando, FL, is looking for an Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Systems Analyst to grow their team and support high-level initiatives on an operational basis as well as acquisition growth. In partnership with Medasource, our client will look for the ideal candidate to become a full-time employee after 6 months of engagement through Medasource.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Hospital Billing internal team with expertise in preparation for future go live waves
• New build and optimization of current prod environment
• Mentorship to new staff members of the Epic team

Qualifications:

• Certification in Resolute Hospital Billing (HB); Strong knowledge of SBO's (cert preferred)
• 3+ years of experience as a Hospital Billing Systems Analyst that understands charging, ticket resolution, work queues and consecutive accounts.
• Proficiency in Epic Estimates, badge preferred
• Knowledge in financial assistance, invoices, billing indicators, smart texts
• Exemplifies Hospital Billing expertise to be able to speak with and explain Epic to director-level operational staff
