Entry Level Showroom Assistant / Sample Coordinator

Job Description

We are a global sourcing company that specializes in the manufacturing and sales of activewear and sportswear. We are seeking to hire an Entry Level Showroom Assistant / Sample Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process incoming showroom samples.
• Systematically organize and categorize samples.
• Prepare samples for showroom appointments.
• Conduct product research with online retailers.
• Run errands related to sample shipping and local deliveries.
• Act as the point of contact for all sample transactions.
• Maintain an accurate log of sample check-ins and check-outs.
• Organize showroom fabric and color books.
• Keep showroom line sheet books updated daily.
• Compile and manage inventory reports.
• Assist in meeting preparations for new accounts.

• Excellent time management abilities.
• Comfort in a fast-paced work environment.
• Quick to learn new tasks.
