Primary focus is to manage the day to day planning and execution of the installation and success of all Entertainment projects related to New C enter/ New Store openings and remodels.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless install execution
- Ensure that deadlines are meet & project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan & implement
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs in a consolidated format that can be reviewed
- Report and escalate progress to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation so improvements in efficiencies can be realized
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Manage the relationship between accounting, Workday and the vendors
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Project manager requirements:
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or, 5 years work experience in project management
- Experience with project management software tools a plus
- The ability to travel up to 50% of the time to implementation site and to support new product development. Note travel is planned in advance
