Top-tier Company in New York City is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist for a permanent position!
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and counsel to business and leaders to help mitigate risk and ensure best practices
- Conduct timely and thorough investigations related to employee complaints
- Understand business goals and recommend new policies and procedures
- Investigates and recommends ways to resolve conflict.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years experience in an employee relations function
- Strong relationship building experience
- Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
- Knowledge of HR employment/compliance laws
