Nestled within our vibrant Sales and Marketing department, we are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to support our English and Crystal brands to help steer our direct to consumer voyage in the fascinating world of eCommerce. This role is hybrid working 3 days onsite at our office in either New York or New Jersey and the remainder of the week remotely in the comfort of your home.

The Role: A Blend of Analysis and Insight
As our Business Analyst, you will dive deep into the dynamics of direct consumer sales and digital strategy. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Spearheading bottom-up sales forecasting while ensuring total forecast levels are pinpoint accurate.
- Influencing our direct eCommerce strategies through meticulous sales forecasting within our Sales and Operations Planning processes.
- Mastering inventory strategies by managing reservation orders, aligned with forecasts and real-time consumption data.
- Collaborating closely with the eCommerce team to sculpt our sales activity plans.
- Scrutinising eCommerce sales metrics and KPIs to unravel product and campaign narratives that will guide our future strategies.
- Crafting compelling reports and presentations for regular reviews that inspire and inform eCommerce management.

- Over 3 years of experience in sales planning, sales analysis, or a finance-focused role, preferably within a dynamic retail environment.
- Exceptional analytical prowess and a structured approach to complex problem-solving.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI and Tableau is highly regarded.
- Fluency in English, with stellar communication skills that transcend numbers.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
