Director of Sales, Intimates + Walmart

Our client, a leading intimates and loungewear company, is seeking an Director of Sales to join their team in Secaucus, NJ!

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive market research for intimate apparel and activewear
• Understand Walmart's retail structure, providing direction to design and production teams
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance, market trends, etc.
• Manage the sales budget
• Manage all lab dip, size set, and factory approvals
• Make sure CADs are updated for planning, design, and production
• Actively collaborate with Walmart's buying teams
• Oversee item setups (timelines, spec sheets, cost maintenance, etc.)
• Will manage 1 Account Manager and 2 Account Coordinators

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 7+ years of sales management experience
• Strong communication skills
• MUST have Walmart account management experience
• MUST have experience working in private label
• Must have experience working with intimate apparel and activewear
• Domestic travel required

Salary Range: $150,000-$190,000
