As Director of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. Your main duties will include:
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners
Analyzing sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
Creating and delivering sales presentations to potential clients
Negotiating contracts and closing deals
Develop presentation materials in Power Point presentation
Collaborating with the engineering team to develop effective marketing campaigns
Monitoring competitor activity and adjusting strategies accordingly
Qualifications

Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
Technical sales knowledge
Proficiency in data, military, government, and AI/ML/NLP markets
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to effectively manage key accounts
Experience working with DoD and other government agencies (preferred)
MUST HAVE TS/SCI CI Poly security clearance to apply
