About The Role:

As the Director of Integrated Marketing at Feastables, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand's reach and impact through strategic partnerships, activations and experiences. This position requires a visionary leader who can identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key partners while creating and executing engaging brand activations that resonate with our target audience. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge and strategic acumen to craft initiatives that align with our broader business goals and drive significant growth.

Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, you will ensure cohesive and impactful partnership strategies and activations. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies that align with Feastables' business strategy, the MrBeast brand, and the objectives of all internal and external partners
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners across various industries, including media, entertainment, sports, and retail
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and alignment with brand goals
  • Plan and execute brand activations that engage and excite our target audience, enhancing brand visibility and loyalty
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to integrate partnership and activation strategies with broader brand campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and activations, leveraging data to optimize future initiatives
  • Collaborate with our creative agency and partners at Beast Productions, ensuring alignment and consistency across all brand initiatives and activations
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities to continuously innovate and enhance our partnership and activation strategies

Recipe For Success:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or brand activations within the CPG industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships that drive brand growth and engagement
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to secure high-value partnerships.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex brand activations.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy and consumer engagement, with a creative mindset to innovate and drive memorable brand experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for the creator and social media space, aligning with Feastables' brand ethos.
