Position Overview

The Director of Finance Residential and Club will oversee Aman Residences' contract administration, branding fee and commission invoicing, collection, and reporting. As the day-to-day point of contact for Aman Residences development partners and owners on all Residential accounting and sales contract matters, the Residential and Club Finance Director will implement and maintain procedures as dictated by Head of Global Residences and Head of Aman Club. Residential and Club Finance Director will manage Aman internal referral programs, monitor fulfillment of these programs to help drive sales and revenue to the company and manage club accounts receivables and payables.

Please note that we have a 5 day in office work policy and don't offer remote/hybrid working.

Responsibilities

Budgeting

  • Assist Global Head of Operations Finance in the creation of the initial homeowners operating budget for projects globally.


CRM

  • Oversee Residential CRM Reporting and Process


Branding Fee and Commission Collections

  • Lead the effort to invoice and collect Aman’s residential branding fee from all development partners.
  • Lead the effort to invoice and collect Aman’s residential referral commissions from all development partners.


Contract Administration

  • Administers all purchase and sale agreements, and assists Management in maintaining licenses, permits and insurance.
  • Administer registration and payment documentation for all internal sales referrals.
  • Oversee the internal and 3rd party referral payment program.
  • Relationship manager and point of contact for all project contract administrators.


Sales Reporting

  • Lead enforcement efforts of all development partners to report sales to Aman.


Accounting

  • Direct the global P&L, receivables, and payables of the club.


Qualifications

  • Higher education and a minimum of five years of industry experience and training
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-starter ability to work with little to no direct supervision
  • Capable of working under pressure and with various stakeholders
  • Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sensitive to cultural nuances
  • Very high attention to detail
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and CRM Tools
