The Director of Development - OU Health plans and executes fundraising strategies to secure major and principal gifts in support of OU Health’s strategic priorities, departments and programs. This professional collaborates with advancement, medical professionals and administrative leaders to identify funding needs, maximize and prioritize resources, and create comprehensive fund development plans and gift opportunities to meet fundraising goals. The director manages an active portfolio of more than 100 major gift donors ($25,000+) throughout the development cycle. Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of experience in fundraising, preferably major gift work in a health-related field, required.
