About The Role

As the Director of Demand Generation, you'll be responsible for driving lead generation and acquiring new customers. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will partner with the broader go-to-market team to drive awareness, demand, pipeline, and opportunities. The Demand Gen Director will be instrumental in achieving revenue-generated results through integrated marketing campaign development and execution. The right candidate is strategic, highly analytical, collaborative and has a strong track record of planning, building, and managing large-scale B2B campaigns. Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and shape the demand generation strategy with key stakeholders to achieve business results while optimizing investment.
  • Develop creative integrated marketing programs optimized for specific personas and industries to generate top-of-funnel leads.
  • Executing the digital demand gen strategy, leveraging intent signals from 6Sense, Bombora, Qualified and others to implement demand gen campaigns that engage and advance leads and contacts to becoming Sales Accepted Leads.
  • Manage and collaborate closely and work across cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and partner, to build and measure pipeline.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of email nurture campaigns in Marketo to increase engagement with prospects.
  • Working with our design team, develop and optimize landing pages and online forms to efficiently convert.
  • Develop and manage the marketing dashboard to track metrics to measure lead gen activities and conversions to sales in order to optimize marketing effectiveness and investments.
  • Report and work directly with the Director of Marketing to develop a strategy, manage the budget, engage our audience, and crush your goals.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar demand generation, digital marketing, or sales related role.
  • A proven track record of B2B demand generation success, preferably in the security market, so you know what works and what doesn't.
  • Highly proficient with key marketing technology solutions specifically Marketo, CRM (Salesforce), 6Sense, Qualified, and web content management (Webflow).
  • Experience in SEO, PPC, email marketing, blogs, social media, videos, podcasts, newsletters, affiliate programs, and other content-driven programs.
  • Project management skills to track marketing activities, timelines, and priorities.
  • Able to work fully independently in a dynamic remote work environment.
  • Be proficient in graphics, web advertisements, and web development.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written, verbal, and organization skills.
  • Self-starter that operates well in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
