Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Leader to join the leadership team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the market presence in the Metro DC area. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's future and advancing the mission of delivering exceptional construction solutions.

Responsibilities:

• 70% emphasis on new sales and generating sales from our existing clients and design team partners, 20% focus on leading the team and 10% focus on leadership objectives
• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Led marketing team by providing direction, strategy, and for all collateral, social media, web presence, and campaigns.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry developments

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base = $185-200k, depending on experience
• Commissions = approximately $40k - $60k
• Projected Year One Earnings= $215-260k
