Director of Business Development

BioBridge Group is working with a multinational, full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO), to make a hire for their business development team. This CRO has sites located in both the US and abroad. We are interested in candidates with experience selling preclinical services including but not limited to:

· Preclinical safety and toxicology studies. IND-enabling studies.

· In-vitro and in-vivo pharmacology services

· Animal models for efficacy and safety testing.

Responsibilities

· Manage strategy and operations for marketing and customer relations activities

· Manage sales functions of the business

· Provide feedback to company leadership on sales-related topics

· Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· Proven track record of selling preclinical services

· Strong communication and negotiation skills
