The focus of this position is to develop new clients for the Jacksonville/Tampa(future) offices. The mix of responsibilities will be 80% business development, 20% marketing support.
Business development responsibilities will be to focus on the corporate, higher education, and healthcare markets.
Identify and schedule meetings with key decision-makers for higher education, corporate interiors and healthcare.
Attend pre-proposal meetings
Identify and attend tradeshows
Coordinate activities with office market sector leaders
Identify and network with subconsultants and DBE's for teaming opportunities.
Develop a business development plan and coordinate with market sector leaders and VP of Business Development
Attend trade events
Report to staff business development activities for your office
Marketing Responsibilities Will Include
Working with the Pittsburgh Marketing coordinating to assist with proposal writing and presentation
Manage PR and social media posting for the Jacksonville office
Evaluate projects for photography.
This position will be evaluated based on the activity created, ie meetings scheduled, RFP's from non-public sources, PR and social media posts.
This position can be a hybrid work position. Living in Jacksonville a plus, but not required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development in the Northern Florida Market.
Established contacts in higher education, healthcare, and corporate interiors is a plus.
Knowledge of architecture and interiors
Bachelors degree minimum
Willingness to learn and also teach
Good communication and writing skills.
Experience completing Florida PQS forms a plus.
