Digital Designer

We seek a motivated individual to join our seed-stage startup as a Digital Designer. In this role, you will work side by side with the founders to develop the digital experience for the Parallel Fluidics web app and create digital assets for all Parallel Fluidics products. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable with uncertainty and can develop solutions to open-ended problems. Responsibilities:

• Design and build the front-end experience for the Parallel web app.
• Use testing and research to inform UX design decisions.
• Own and refine the Parallel Fluidics style guide.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for new digital concepts.
• Develop concepts for visual storytelling of new products and capabilities.
• Create visual assets for use across the web, social media, and physical marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate and execute photo/video shoots and post-processing.
• Work closely with founders, marketing, and sales to develop a cohesive design strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design software.
• Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in graphic design, photo editing, and video editing.
• Ability to interpret design briefs and project requirements.
• Early-stage startup experience is a plus.
