Experience using multiple databases, software programs, and reporting platforms
Knowledge of health insurance, claim reporting, plan analysis, and IRS business filings
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficient in all other Microsoft products
Ability to multi-task, manage reporting schedules, organize workload, and have high attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to work well under strict deadlines
Takes initiative and exercises independent judgment within established guidelines
Demonstrates logical and deductive reasoning skills
Must be able to formulate good answers and provide effective information

The Data Reporting Analyst performs various data analysis and reporting services for self-funded health plans as well as assists in other workflow tasks. Duties and Responsibilities:
IRS Report Preparation and Filing (ACA, Form 5500, PCORI, 1099s)
Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Renewal Reporting by Client
Plan Financial Analysis and Reporting
Reporting Database Review and Maintenance
Consolidating Data from Multiple Sources and Providing Analysis
Claim Productivity Analysis
Assisting with Creating, Editing, and Maintaining In-House Reports
Working and Communicating Directly with Clients for Reports/Filings
Providing Analysis & Assistance to Clients/Brokers as Needed
Education And Experience Requirement
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Associates Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field OR at least 5 years experience in data analytics, financial reporting, or health insurance administration.
