As a leader in healthcare process automation and interoperability, we are dedicated to transforming operations through data and intelligent automation. We're expanding our team and looking for Data Entry Specialists who are eager to contribute to our growth!
What You'll Do
Principal Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using provided images
Identify document types based on documentation received
Review and ensure data entered meets quality standards
Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) as per HIPAA guidelines
Collaborate professionally with team members as needed
Provide feedback for process improvements
Complete assigned office tasks efficiently and promptly
Hourly Pay And Schedule
$12 per hour
Full-time and part-time positions available; full-time preferred
Minimum 20 Hours Per Week Required
Shifts available between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday
Required Skills
What We're Looking For:
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to multitask effectively
High attention to detail with speed and accuracy
Quick learner who can follow instructions proficiently
Maintain strict confidentiality of client data
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Typing skills: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy (WPM) and 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy (KPH)
