Cycle Counter

Parallel Employment is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our team. As a Cycle Counter, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring inventory integrity.

In this role, you will perform daily cycle counts, monitor and control inventory accuracy, and research and resolve inventory discrepancies. You will also be responsible for maintaining product identification and location accuracy in the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with cycle counting and inventory management. Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, are preferred. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

Inventory

• Perform daily cycle counts
• Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity
• Maintain product identification, location, and bin accuracy
• Research inventory discrepancies
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner
• Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items and/or weigh materials to determine the quantity on hand
• Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products
• Correct inventory issues in the AS400 system
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word preferred

• Required to operate an Order Picker
