Whova is hiring a full time, in-house Customer Support Specialist who will help customers have a smooth experience with our event management software. A Bachelor's degree is required.


Whova revolutionizes event engagement and attendee networking by providing the Whova mobile app and event management software for conferences and trade shows globally every day. Whova is a fast-growing software company with brand-name customers, including US-Bank, Stanford, L’Oreal, Hilton, LEGO, Adidas, HP, United Nation, NASA, IKEA, TEDx, etc.


Working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, our customer support team is continuously raising the bar on customer experience by advocating and inventing for customers, playing a key role in leading the way towards Whova's ultimate goal to be the most customer-centric company.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Cultivate a good relationship with customers and increase their ROIs from the products
  • Collaborate with the sales and business team to onboard new customers
  • Communicate with the product team to solve technical questions from customers


Requirements

  • Learn and quickly grasp new technologies
  • A genuine interest and passion in helping customers
  • Adaptable and coachable
  • Detail oriented, self-disciplined, providing prompt follow-up to customer inquiries
  • Ability to professionally handle difficult situations with customers
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing, confident & upbeat personality

Salary: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
