Tigris Fulfillment Partners is a privately held national distributor of kitchen and bath products, based in Atlanta, GA. Our customers are the largest big box retailers, leading e-tailers, and wholesalers across the US. We provide GREAT customer service and fulfillment support across all customers.


THE OPPORTUNITY


All of our Customer Support Team Members must love the customer and must truly enjoy the challenge of balancing the customer’s interests with the company’s best interest. This team is the face of the company to most customers and, thus, plays a significant role in building these relationships.


Your abilities and interests will dictate how your role evolves. Great opportunity exists to take on more responsibilities, whether that entails taking on more operational tasks or one day leading the customer service team.

We expect our Customer Support Specialist team members to possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment focused on customer service.

  • Desire to learn how to see the “big picture” and help ensure the right tasks are completed at the right times.
  • Initiative and drive to continue to improve and help those around you improve.


CUSTOMER SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be one of the main points of contact for our customers
  • Learn to answer dedicated phone lines, taking up to 30 calls per day in accordance with the Tigris Standard
  • Enter orders and answer emails for all customers
  • Navigate customer portals and answer requests according to their SLAs
  • Provide customers with product information on all our brands
  • Resolve customer issues while protecting the company’s best interests
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers and learn to handle many customer accounts, you will learn how to own 2+ accounts
  • Execute all tasks required to complete our SLAs
  • Learn how to hand-off escalated situations
  • General returns
  • Introduction to Order Issues
  • Work with your Manager on specialized projects that will lead to the continued improvement of the department
  • Add value to the team with input from customers, your experiences, and your ideas
  • Continue to be a team player willing to complete many different types of tasks
  • Engage with colleagues and other departments to continually expand your skills
  • Provide feedback on how we operate and what is getting in the way of you providing GREAT service
  • Recommend department improvements based on your and customer feedback
  • As requested by the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager, work with key stakeholders to identify, plan, and execute Projects to completion
