We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success Technical Account Manager to lead customers and guide them in growing their business through use of LucidLink technology. The ideal candidate will also have a background in Media & Entertainment Post Production Workflows and a background in technical customer onboarding.
As a Customer Success Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for the customer lifecycle from implementation, through onboarding, and training. In this role you will build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, and be responsible for the successful onboarding of new customers, helping them shorten the time to value they receive from LucidLink and achieve their business goals. Your success will be measured on the pace of customer onboarding, retention, and customer growth.

As a Customer Success Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for the customer lifecycle from implementation, through onboarding, and training. Functions And Responsibilities
- Ownership of new customer onboarding and successful adoption of LucidLink.
- Primary lead for customer facing onboarding and technical workflow.
- Work closely with Account Managers to help expand customer contract values.
- Work in partnership with support and engineering teams to bring added value to customers in support of their business objectives.
- 2+ years professional experience with technology adoption workflows.
- 2+ years experience with client relationships, training and onboarding of new technology.
- Experience with team development and training.
- Experience with customer management.
- Experience with LucidLink, and training new users on LucidLink is a plus.
- Additional language skills are a plus (Spanish, German, French).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
