Customer Service Specialists are responsible for all customer related activities by providing exceptional service to our customers in person, over the phone, or via email.
Essential Functions/Primary Responsibilities:
Handle all inbound calls and email from customers.
Process sales orders without errors.
Responsible for all walk in MFS guests (customers, vendors, employee)
Resolve all customer cases on a timely basis.
Efficient and friendly communication always.
Well versed in MFS product offerings across all classes.
Works directly with sales and provides support
Maintains confidentiality of all company/client information.
Filing and reviewing shipping service failure claims
Attends necessary company meetings, training sessions and conferences.
Accountable for order accuracy, account information, cases, and call volume.
Other tasks as requested.
Working Conditions/Environment:
Works in an office environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, read, hear, sit, stand, walk.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience
Team player
Detail oriented
CRM Experience preferred
