Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative are to:
Provide TOTAL customer service and follow through to our customers.
Answer and distribute calls as received.
Data Entry of orders received thru phone calls, faxes and other sources.
Process credit card payments.
Complete the daily End of Day Report
Process returns.
Process Credit applications, Catalog Requests, EXPORT paperwork and other paperwork as needed.
Stand in for Receptionist as needed.
Complete daily billing.
Provide information as requested thru emails or other correspondence and file all memos pertaining to CSR procedures, in CSR manual.
Learn Leather Brothers product offerings and company expectations concerning customer service.
Train in shipping to be able to assist as needed.
Perform Customer call backs as needed.
The responsibilities of this position are not limited by this description and include whatever tasks are necessary in order to work as a team player for the benefit of the company.
Responsibilities of Receptionist are:
Answer Phone Calls – and transferring calls to others in the company
Replying to orders by email and answering questions by email
Interacting with people that walk-in at front desk
Postage (USPS) & working with Linda (HR) when people arrive for interviews
Entering Orders
Checking Orders
Must be Computer Savvy and fast on a keyboard
Extremely team oriented and gets along great with everyone
Looking for someone long term
Familiarity with SAGE/MAS software and SPS Commerce is a plus
