Epimed has facilities located in Upstate New York and the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We have direct sales representatives across the US including Europe and distribute in over 45 countries. Several of our products have been developed with our customers to solve problems, reduce complications and provide better care of their and others patients.


Overview:

Our company is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients.


Duties: (others may be assigned)

  • Performs order-entry duties in conformance with written procedures as directed in the Customer Service Section of the Epimed Quality System Manual.
  • Supports sales representatives by answering questions, sending supplies, and referring questions to management that are not able to be answered independently.
  • Communicates and works directly with Inventory Management regarding orders, particularly those that need priority shipping or any other concerns that impact Shipping and/or Customers.
  • Perform Accounts Receivable for assigned territory.
  • Manage incoming calls/emails/chats from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain the Lobby and conference rooms.
  • Provide clerical support by organizing files, handling paperwork, and assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate documentation.

Education and/or Experience:

Associates Degree or one-year certificate from accredited college or technical school; or high school diploma/GED and six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and sales literature. Ability to write routine reports and internal or customer correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers and other employees of the corporation.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: From $18.00 per hour


Expected hours: 40 per week
