What you will do:

The CRM & Loyalty Director will be a key member of the Mercedes-Benz HPC team. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty strategies, enhancing customer lifetime value, and building a strong customer base. This position is a critical role in the Marketing & Communications department and works closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team and Program Leadership: Lead loyalty and customer acquisition cross-functional programs, vendors and team. Support individual and team development and retain a high-performing and inclusive team. Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Customer Segmentation & CRM: Develop customer segmentation strategy, customer journeys, and CRM strategy. Leverage customer insights to design lifecycle marketing strategies and segmentation approaches.
  • Loyalty: Develop and execute the company’s loyalty program, including strategy, design, marketing, operations, partnerships, and member experience. Continuously analyze and optimize the loyalty program to increase member enrollment, engagement, benefits, and retention. Create personalized experiences and rewards to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Customer Acquisition (Advertising, Direct Marketing, Partnerships): Own the overall customer acquisition strategy, including advertising, direct marketing and partnerships, to maximize demand generation efficiency and optimize costs and revenue. Develop customer segmentation and direct marketing plan. Manage relationships with agencies and distribution partners where applicable. Leverage new technology and third-party product offerings to forward enterprise level goals
  • Customer Insights: Lead the customer insights practice, with a focus on reporting and resources to educate the organization on customer trends and behavior. Develop and enhance the customer data technology strategy. Remain current Remain current on landscape of customer data to recommend future requirements and enhancements.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus
  • Proven track record of 8+ years of experience in marketing, product management, and/or commercial roles including recent expertise with loyalty programs, customer acquisition, and demand generation.
  • Team leadership experience including responsibility for direct reports performance and development
  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects at once within tight timelines
  • Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to be nimble
  • Proven ability to develop a high-performing team
  • Preferred ability to lead strategy, insights, and orchestrate cross-functional initiatives

The estimated US base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $180,000 annually for employees based within California & New York. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive bonus programs, comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, 401(K), and paid holidays each calendar year. Individual compensation packages are based on multiple factors such as location, level, role scope, and complexity, as well as additional job-related factors such as skills, experience, and expertise.
