We are a producer of advanced thermoplastics for applications in the semiconductor, aerospace, life sciences, and industrial markets, and we’re seeking an experienced Customer Experience (CX) consultant to help us improve customer intimacy and growth.
What you’ll do:
Conduct an analysis of the company's current state with respect to the customer service department (we have previously conducted an assessment of our CX function)
Provide a roadmap for creating a customer experience program that analyzes customer feedback (VoC)
Provide recommendations and action items to enhance our customer experience
Provide consultancy for 2-4 months in order to move this project forward.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience with all aspects of CX
Experience leading a CX function (additional experience in management consulting a plus). Must have run a CX team
Understands how to execute on a newly established plan
Has the experience of also potentially tweaking an existing plan as needed to insure alignment for optimum performance
Should have experience in the manufacturing space to better understand those potential challenges
Helpful to have experience with a team that is being built and not fully established
Be able to clearly demonstrate and train for continuous and sustainable improvement
Some onsite work required in Houston, TX office – minimum 3 days per week
