Design Retail -Studio specializing in Modern, organic custom furniture and lighting is seeking a Sales Assistant. The position is primarily responsible for supporting the Sales Team. Address client inquiries and issues promptly, aiming for quick resolutions that contribute to the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage Pricing Inquiries:
-Respond promptly to pricing requests from clients.
-Provide accurate quotes based on product specifications and customization options.
-Assist trade professionals in setting up trade accounts.
-Address Client Service Issues:
-Resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
-Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution when necessary.
-Provide Product Information:
-Educate clients on product materials, and customization options.
-Guide clients through the selection process to match their needs and preferences.
-Maintain Client Relationships:
-Build and nurture positive relationships with clients.
-Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-1 -2 years administrative or sales experience
-Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office + Google Suite
-Understanding of Studio Designer software a PLUS
