Corporate Finance Consultant
We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Finance Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Corporate Finance Consultant, you will provide strategic financial advisory services to corporate clients, helping them optimize capital structure, manage financial risks, and execute complex transactions. Your role will be pivotal in supporting clients with financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making to achieve their business objectives.

- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making and transaction execution.
- Capital Structure Optimization: Advise clients on optimizing capital structure, including debt financing, equity issuance, and capital raising strategies to fund growth initiatives and maximize shareholder value.
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Assist in M&A transactions, including target identification, financial due diligence, valuation analysis, negotiation support, and deal structuring.
- Financial Restructuring: Provide guidance on financial restructuring initiatives, debt refinancing, and turnaround strategies to improve financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Advisory: Offer strategic advice on corporate finance issues, such as dividend policy, share repurchases, corporate governance, and investor relations.
- Risk Management: Evaluate financial risks, market trends, and industry dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities. Develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard client interests.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, senior executives, and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored financial solutions.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and market benchmarking to provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning and business development.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and corporate governance guidelines in all financial transactions and advisory activities.
