Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Administrator, Mid to join our team. As a Contracts Administrator, Mid, you will play a crucial role in managing the organization's contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, mitigating risks, and optimizing contract terms. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract process, from negotiation and review to execution and maintenance. This individual will ensure that contract and procurement policies are being completed and implemented properly in an agile and growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general Contract/Subcontract administration to Federal contracts (cradle to grave contracting).
  • Initiate, negotiate, and maintain new agreements (including but not limited to NDAs, TAs, Subcontracts and Purchase Orders).
  • Issue, negotiate, administer, and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to Contracts/Subcontracts and purchase orders and address notification of funding limitations.
  • Maintain and monitor Contract/Subcontract records to ensure that funding requirements, and contractual terms and objectives are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, including contract versions, amendments, correspondence, and other related documents. Ensure proper storage, organization, and retrieval of contracts for reference and audit purposes.
  • Research and resolve Contract/Subcontract issues, disputes, terms/conditions, etc.
  • Assist with proposal preparation to include, but not be limited to, RFP review, completion of Representations and Certifications, and price proposal support.
  • Conduct cost and price analysis.
  • Establish good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred. Must possess at least three years of full lifecycle Contract Administration experience within federal contracting environments.
  • NCMA certification preferred.
  • High level of understanding of the FAR.
  • High level of proficiency with Deltek Costpoint.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Working knowledge of all contract types including IDIQ, CPFF, T&M, FFP, and GSA schedules.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced professional team environment.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Attention to detail is a must.

USD $79,648.00/Yr.

Posted Max Pay Rate

USD $132,746.67/Yr.

Salary Disclosure

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
