The Koddi Senior Recruiter (Contractor) participates in the hiring process from beginning to end. Primarily, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of candidates with the goal of growing and scaling the team. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand, to reduce our time-to-hire, and to ensure we are attracting top-notch talent to join our crazy talented team.

What You Will Do
- Manages the day-to-day work of the recruiting function
- Interviews and screens applicants; conducts reference checks
- Facilitates and conducts outbound recruiting
- Sources and identifies candidates for specialized or difficult-to-attract positions
- Coordinates and plans recruiting events
- Manages and maintains university recruiting events
- Revamps recruiting processes as needed
- Acts as a liaison between all candidates and the company
- Monitors the Applicant Tracking System, screens and oversees the application process
- Participates in determining resource needs, requirements, hiring forecasts and communications
- Assists People Operations leadership with project and resource management
- Tracks project progress and providing status updates
- Proactively manages changes in project scope and identifies potential roadblocks
- Contributes to high impact projects
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years related work experience
- Advanced recruiting skills and strong computer software skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Strong team player
- Self-motivated and like to learn new tools and technology
