Contract and Project Manager

The Contract and Project manager’s primarily responsible is to support the entire contract process from receipt of RFQ and T&C agreements, review, pricing coordination with the Product Mangers, awards, implementation, follow up and renewal notification. In addition, the position is responsible for tracking and supporting key projects for the leadership team including internal sales projects along with cross functional teams ensuring the projects stay within budget and are completed on time.   


1.      Contract management:

a.      Review and enhance the process

                                                              i.     Receipt of agreement

                                                            ii.     Review of contract summary

                                                          iii.     Track review and pricing status

                                                          iv.     Monitor return deadlines

                                                            v.     Coordinating pricing with Product Manager and Sales teams

                                                          vi.     Monitoring response status from customers

                                                         vii.     Updating system with award pricing

                                                       viii.     Organizing and tracking contract files

                                                           ix.     Coordinating status of T&C agreements

                                                            x.     Evaluating Performance (liquidated damages) calculations/exposure

b.      Supporting Sales teams with contract follow up with variation analysis

c.      Notification of Sales team of expirations

d.      Updating and developing enhancements to the contract administration process

2.      Project management:

a.      Define Project Management governance and processes

b.      Design project template to include scope, purpose, expectations, cost, risk analysis, timelines and responsibilities

c.      Work with leaders to refine project details

d.      Develop reporting structure including milestones

e.      Coordinate and monitor actions with teams

f.       Create accurate forecasts for cost, revenue and resource requirements

g.      Track and report status

Experience & Education Required -


BS Degree

Minimum 5 years of contract/project management experience

Advanced Excel experience


This is an in-person role working from our Hauppauge, NY office
