Bring your content expertise to the forefront and help LEGO.com achieve growth in search through identifying content gaps and optimizing existing content!



  • This is a temporary parental leave cover of approximately 9 months based on business needs.**




Core Responsibilities



  • Conduct keyword research and identify target keywords to incorporate into content
  • Create high-quality content to support global and local campaigns whilst working with trading teams to identify product targeting
  • Analyze data to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Manage, segment and report on our tracked keywords to show the value our content is driving
  • Coordinate the creation of new content and ensure content we produce is maintained once launched
  • Communicate campaign performance to wider partner groups
  • Manage and maintain the SEO content calendar for campaigns and evergreen content
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to reflect commercial priorities and requirements

LEGO Retail is a fast-paced, energetic team which is focused on building up the LEGO Brand’s own ecosystem, with a sharp focus on ecommerce and audience-first brand building experiences. This role will focus on improving LEGO.com’s keyword visibility in search to reach new audiences and existing shoppers via natural search.

Do you have what it takes?



  • Good working knowledge of on-page SEO fundamentals
  • Experience in SEO across various markets and identifying market nuances
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an SEO or content marketing-focused role
  • Strong skills in keyword clustering and research
  • Ability to translate performance into a clear narrative for a wide range of partners
  • Experience with keyword research tools such as Google’s Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, and SEMRush
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for SEO and driving results through content
  • Experience in liaising with multiple partners to get content live
  • Previous experience in a SEO copywriting role preferred
  • Good working knowledge of other SEO tools such as Screaming Frog or Similarweb would be a plus!
  • Understanding of AI content writing and how it can be applied to improve efficiencies preferred
  • Experience working in-house at a large, global brand with multiple levels of approval preferred
  • Experience with A/B testing preferred



Additional Details On This Position



  • The salary for this position has a range of $78,800 - $118,300 USD based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
  • The current work location for this role is 501 Boylston Street, Boston, MA. In 2025, we will transition to our new permanent office location at 1001 Boylston Street, Boston, MA. Specific move dates for roles are to be determined and communicated in 2024.
