Responsibilities

• Analyse and enhance construction management processes and internal controls
• Lead construction contract reviews and monitor large capital projects
• Implement construction management policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Conduct project reviews to assess completion percentages, change orders, schedule delays, and more
• Perform fieldwork, data collection, and analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations
• Utilize data visualization tools to produce detailed client deliverables, reports, and dashboards
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of recent experience in construction management or construction advisory services with growing responsibilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications like Professional Engineer, Project Management, Certified Construction Manager, or equivalent are preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, E-Builder, Primavera, Enterprise, and Prolog
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Ability to travel as needed
